A Confidence Process Expert will help you better understand how we will engage with your subject matter expert in an immersive day-in-the life virtual experience. Confidence will provide the details on what is to be prepared for your future session alongside determining your process upon working with the Confidence Process Expert.

Documentation Session

1 hour

Through an immersed day-in-the-life experience a Confidence Process Expert will work with your subject matter expert. Together they will walk through the existing process and the Confidence Process Specialist will extract your process, create observations and deliver a template with videos in Confidence for onboarding, training and execution.
